I am sorry to hear that. I live in Jackson and all my Kroger stores double coupons. But where my mom lives in Dyersburg they do not take coupons over a dollar. No matter what the product is. Which would not be good for me because my family has allergies and allergy coupons are always for a few dollars off. I would not go to Kroger myself either if it wasn't for the double coupons!
