Kinda cute right? And all it took was a bit of spray paint!
I am going to find some more treasures in the morning!
I'll let you know what I come back with!

ReplyDeleteThanks Cassie! I am always amazed at what a little elbow grease and spray paint can do!
ReplyDeleteVery fancy--I'm loving the silver!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like it's brand new and modern! Great choice to use silver!
ReplyDeleteI am loving the silver too considering I do EVERYTHING in black! It was a nice change!
ReplyDeleteWhat was the brand and name of the spray paint color that you used? It looks great!! I would like to use that for a lamp.
ReplyDeleteHi Rachel! It is Valspar Brilliant Metal. I bought it at Lowes.
ReplyDeleteEmail a picture of your lamp's before and after! I love makeovers!

ReplyDeleteSo you used Valspar Brillant Metal....Silver or special kind of silver. Just want to make sure I get it right. Did you have to sand down anything or use primer before you spray painted the lamp?
Rachel
Hi Rachel
ReplyDeleteI did not sand down, I did wipe off the mirror because it was dusty from the garage sale. I also did not prime it. And yep it was just Valspar Brilliant Metal @ Lowes.
Send me a pic when you finish your project. :)
