REVIEW: "LEFT AT THE ALTAR" by Kimberley Kennedy

"LEFT AT THE ALTAR"
AUTHOR: KIMBERLEY KENNEDY

"Kimberley Kennedy was twenty-four hours away from being the woman who had it all."

This book is for everyone. Everyone has felt the sting of rejection and the pain of a shattered heart. I had vaguely remembered hearing Kimberley's story years back and wondered how a woman goes on. This book tells you everything you ever wanted to know about her story of healing.

I love the fact that Kimberley is open and honest to the point you hurt for her. You become invested in her story because you realize that no one is exempt from disappointment.

This is a story of rising from a personal place of pain and humiliation to a place of understanding and contentment. Kimberley explains how impatience and wanting what we want, when we want it can ultimately lead to making decisions that are not what was planned for us by God.

This was a great book and I appreciated the honesty in her writing.
