HOMEMADE POTATO SOUP

INGREDIENTS
- 10 POTATOES CUBED
- 3 CARROTS DICED
- 3 CELERY DICED
- 1/4 C. ONIONS
- 2 GARLIC CLOVES MINCED
- 2 CANS EVAPORATED MILK
- 1 1/2 C. SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 1/2 PKG. BACON
- 9 CUPS WATER
- SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
- PUT 4 CUPS WATER IN A LARGE POT.
- ADD SALT & PEPPER.
- ADD CARROTS, CELERY, ONIONS & GARLIC.
- COOK ON MEDIUM FOR 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL TENDER.
- FRY BACON & CRUMBLE.
- ADD 5 CUPS OF WATER.
- ADD 2 CANS EVAPORATED MILK.
- ADD POTATOES AND COOK UNTIL TENDER.
- ADD BACON.
- ADD CHEESE.
- SERVE AND SPRINKLE A BIT OF CHEESE ON TOP.
